Solution for injection
Composition (each 1 ml contains the following):
- Oxytetracycline (as dihydrate): 300 mg
- Flunixin (in meglumine salt): 20 mg
Characteristics: HEXAVET LA Injis a powerful broad-spectrum antibiotic and dynamic blend of the powerful non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) Flunixin meglumine. Specially formulated for cattle and calves, it fights against bacterial pneumonia caused by Pasteurella spp. It not only fights pyrexia, but also fights infectious diseases with anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
Instructions: A bacteriostatic antibiotic with a broad spectrum, effective against the following bacteria:
Pasteurella spp., E. coli, Salmonella spp., Mycoplasma spp., Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, etc.
In cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses:
- Respiratory infections (Pasteurellosis, BRD, Mycoplasmosis)
- Inflammation of the mammary gland (mastitis)
- Intestinal infections (colibacillosis, salmonellosis)
- In cases of general inflammation and fever.
- Controls pain after trauma, injury, surgery.
- Stops protein synthesis and bacterial growth.
